This unique underperforming leisure-based trading asset was initially acquired in 2000, redeveloped and restructured prior to being sold in 2004. Hunters then re-purchased the venue out of insolvency in 2010,undertaking a significant redevelopment and a major business restructure creating a multi award winning lifestyle venue. The venue was then sold to the UKs & Europe’s market leading health and fitness operator, David Lloyd Clubs.
