Stonehouse Farm fell into receivership in 2023. Later that year, Hunters purchased the site with the intention of creating an award-winning renatured mixed-use development incorporating a select number of homes, appropriate commercial and employment space, including a green energy park, as well as leisure in the form of eco lodges, lakes, and a multifunctional recreational track through the renatured landscape extending to in excess 100 acres.
Hunters at this stage are inviting expressions of interest in Lot 8, a mixed-use development opportunity. To view a video of the area, please click here.
