One of the first water neutral developments in line with new stringent guidelines set out by Natural England emphasising Hunters skill and ability to overcome complex and challenging site conditions.
Having been approach by the third-generation owners of Sumner’s Ponds, Hunters successfully secured planning consent for the demolition of redundant agricultural buildings and the development of thirty-two homes and a selection of small-scale commercial units. Located at the heart of the village, the promotion for redevelopment required significant engagement with parishioners, the parish council, local planning authority and other key stakeholders.
